How do I find out the exact price for my car?
Once you send your details, our team books an inspection. The exact offer is given only after we've seen the car, and it reflects its actual condition.
Can I sell or trade in a car that still has finance owing?
Yes. You'll need a letter from your finance provider showing the outstanding balance; we pay that amount to them, and if our offer is higher than the payout, the difference goes to the registered owner by direct credit.
Where will my car be inspected?
Our team will arrange a time that suits you, which can be at one of our yards, including when you're coming in to view and test drive your next car.
Will you value an older or high-kilometre car?
Yes. We'll put a value on your vehicle regardless of age, make, kilometres or condition once it's been inspected.
How quickly can I be paid?
If you're happy with our offer after the inspection, we can buy your car on the spot, and in some cases on the same day.
